In accordance with updated IRS regulations, reporting entities are no longer required to furnish Form 1095-C to individuals unless specifically requested. Form 1095-C is a tax document related to health insurance coverage under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This form is generally not required for tax filing purposes, but individual circumstances may vary.
Starting with the 2025 calendar year, forms will no longer be mailed unless requested. Individuals may request the form as outlined below
